TelcoSI offers a growing nunmber of managed services.

Our managed services are introduced for any one of a number of reasons:

  • Save our customers' capital budgets where an operational cost is more platable
  • Save our customers from building and operating when an externally provided service is more cost effective
  • Save our customers from building in house expertise when external expertise may be more cost effective
  • Allow our customers to leverage the wider experience pool of TelcoSI's customer and partner base where our customers' competetive advantage is not jeopardised

Our managed services currently comprise two main offerings :

Managed Voice Application testing:

  • Our VoiceWatch service for the continuous and cost effective monitoring of voice applications - often in the contact centre space
  • Our Hammer on Call service for on demand access to high volumes of test calls to voice applocations - often in the contact centre space

Feeds of externally developed plugins for our Nessus and Security Centre products:

  • Our platform compliance feeds for compliance management against a number of industry benchmarks
  • Our vulnerability feeds for our passive and active security scanners
