Service providers form TelcoSI's historical target market. However, the nature of many large enterprises means that we also supply solutions to a growing number of corporate and government customers.

Service Provider Customers typically work with TelcoSI to find management solutions for new and emerging services.

These services often leverage the convergence opportunities presented by the common IP networks being built and evolved in telco's world wide. We work extensively with providers of IP-based voice and video services as well as providers wishing to differentiate their IP and broadband services through innovative service management.

Some of the more forward-thinking service providers are working with TelcoSI to establish customer self-service capabilities. These capabilities improve the control and visibility of services provided to customers and end-users. They also offload some of the initial diagnosis and troubleshooting tasks to customers and away from the helpdesk, customer call centre or operations groups.

Improving efficiencies, driving up margins and differentiated services are the three common goals of TelcoSI's service provider customers.

Enterprise Customers often engage TelcoSI to provide a subset of the service provider functionality outlined above in order to better serve their internal customers.

We often provide enterprise customers with IP Telephony, Security and collaborative procedure management solutions for network operations, user-support and statutory compliance.

End user self-service solutions are also popular with our enterprise customers to help control the number of unnecessary calls to help desks and to speed the resolution of those calls that do need help-desk intervention.
